ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Appellants and respondents Hunter Albisu, Special Co-Administrator of the Estate of Ty Victor Albisu, and Sarah Welsh, Special Co-Administrator of the Estate of Ty Victor Albisu have filed a stipulation to dismiss this appeal. Because the stipulation is not signed by respondent John Fields, the stipulation is treated as a motion for a voluntary dismissal of this appeal and granted as such. This appeal is dismissed. NRAP 42(b).
