JOHN OLSEN, Appellant, v. JUNIPER OLSEN, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order granting relocation with minor children. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, Clark County; Nadin Cutter, Judge.
On January 19, 2024, this court entered an order granting appellant's counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel of record, suspending briefing and directing appellant to inform the court whether he would be retaining new counsel or proceeding pro se. The order cautioned appellant that failure to respond could result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant failed to respond to this order. Therefore, this court issued an order on March 21, 2024, directing appellant, within 14 days, to retain counsel and cause counsel to enter a notice of appearance, or to inform this court in writing that he would be proceeding pro se. The order again cautioned appellant that failure to timely comply may result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court.
Accordingly, this court concludes that appellant has abandoned this appeal and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
