ORDER DISMISSING PETITION
This matter was docketed in this court on February 9, 2024, without payment of the requisite filing fee. On March 7, 2024, this court entered an order that deferred ruling on a motion to proceed in forma pauperis in this matter and directed petitioner to, within 21 days from the date of that order, supplement the motion to proceed in forma pauperis with an affidavit that complies with Form 4 of the Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure. Petitioner was cautioned that failure to comply may result in the dismissal of this petition. To date, petitioner has not complied. Accordingly, we
ORDER the petition DISMISSED.
