ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS
On April 15, 2024, petitioners filed a notice of settlement, explaining that the parties have settled all claims and seeking to withdraw this petition for a writ of mandamus. The notice is construed as a motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter under NRAP 42(b). The motion is granted, and this writ proceeding is dismissed.
