ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal of a January 19, 2024, district court order denying a motion to modify and/or correct illegal sentence. Appellant's appeal from the district court's order was previously docketed in this court in Docket No. 87884. The clerk of this court inadvertently docketed this appeal as a separate matter. Accordingly, we direct the clerk of this court to transfer the notice of appeal to Docket No. 87884 and to administratively close this appeal. The appeal from the January 19 order shall proceed in Docket No. 87884, which has been transferred to the court of appeals, see Docket No. 87884-COA.
