MATTHEW TRAVIS HOUSTON, Appellant, v. DANIEL L. SCHWARTZ, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jennifer L. Schwartz, Judge.
Review of the notice of appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Appellant's notice states he is appealing from the “opinion of Jennifer L.G. Schwartz entered January 19, 2024.” The district court docket sheet does not indicate that any orders were entered in this matter (district court case A-22-858580-C) on January 19, 2024, and the district court minutes do not indicate that any minute orders were issued on that date. Further, the minutes indicate that all hearings were presided over by Judge Nadia Krall prior to the case being reassigned to Judge Schwartz. Accordingly, appellant fails to identify an appealable order and this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
