ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a district court order granting a preliminary injunction. Appellant has filed a notice of withdrawal of appeal, explaining that the district court has lifted the preliminary injunction. Appellant's notice is construed as a motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal under NRCP 42(b). The motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed. The parties shall bear their own fees and costs. NRAP 42(b).
