ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Adriana Escobar, Judge.

Appellant's notice of appeal purports to challenge a final judgment dismissing case entered on December 18, 2023, or February 28, 2024. However, the district court docket entries do not indicate that an order of dismissal was entered on December 18, 2023, February 28, 2024, or any other date. To the extent appellant appeals from the February 28, 2024, “Order Re: Plaintiffs Affidavit and Request to Recuse Judge Adriana Escobar,” no statute or court rule authorizes an appeal from such an order. See Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345, 301 P.3d 850, 851 (2013) (this court “may only consider appeals authorized by statute or court rule”).
