ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a purported district court decision denying appellant's post-conviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Seventh Judicial District Court, White Pine County; William A. Maddox, Judge.

Review of the documents before this court, however, indicates that the district court has not entered an order resolving appellant's habeas petition or any other appealable order in this matter. Appellant's post-conviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus was docketed on September 17, 2020, and has seemingly not been addressed since. As no appealable order has been entered in the district court, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal and orders this appeal dismissed. And as it appears that this case has been pending without action since 2020, the district court should review this matter expeditiously.
