This is an original pro se petition for a writ of certiorari challenging the legality of petitioner's judgment of conviction. Petitioner attempted to file a memorandum in support of the writ petition in Docket 87790-COA. The clerk of this court inadvertently docketed the memorandum as the instant separate original pro se petition. Accordingly, we direct the clerk of this court to administratively close the matter in Docket No. 87831 and transfer the documents filed in Docket No. 87831 to Docket No. 87790-COA.
