JOSEPH WAYNE JONES, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING DOCKET NO. 87921 AND TRANSFERRING DOCUMENTS
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Appellant previously filed a notice of appeal from the same order denying the postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus; that appeal was docketed in this court as Docket No. 87398. When appellant filed a second, duplicative notice of appeal, it was inadvertently docketed as a separate matter. Accordingly, we direct the clerk of this court to administratively close Docket No. 87921 and transfer the notices of appeal filed under Docket No. 87921 to Docket No. 87398. Appellant may proceed through Docket No. 87398.
It is so ORDERED.
