ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On June 30, 2023, this court issued a notice that, among other things, directed appellant to file and serve, by October 30, 2023, the opening brief. The notice cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the opening brief by the deadline may result in dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d).
On December 5, 2023, this court issued an order noting that appellant's opening brief was overdue and directed appellant to file the opening brief within 14 days. The order also cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the opening brief may result in dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 31(d). To date, appellant has failed to file the opening brief or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
