ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a postjudgment order in a family law matter. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Vincent Ochoa. Judge.

On October 13, 2023, this court issued a notice regarding filing-deadlines in this appeal. Pursuant to that notice, appellant was directed to file, among other things, a docketing statement by November 3, 2023, and a fast track statement by November 22, 2023. When appellant failed to file these documents, this court issued an order on November 28, 2023. directing appellant to file these documents by December 12. 2023. The order cautioned appellant that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal as abandoned. See NRAP 3E(i); NRAP 14(c). To date, appellant has failed to file these documents or to otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, as it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
