BRANDON ADAMS, Petitioner, v. AIDVANTAGE, Respondent.
ORDER DENYING PETITION
This pro se original “petition for writ of mandamus and damages” complains that courts in Virginia failed to file petitioner's documents. Petitioner seeks the following relief: “$250,000 & Dept of Education/Aidvantage removed from Equifax, Experian, Transunion. Sent in Complaint USPS Certificate of Mailing April 26 & May 13, 2023 to District Court of Virginia and never filed by Court Clerk.” Having considered the petition and the accompanying materials, we are not convinced that our extraordinary and discretionary intervention is warranted. See NRS 34.170; NRS 34.330; Pan v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 120 Nev. 222, 224, 228, 88 P.3d 840, 841, 844 (2004). Accordingly, we
ORDER the petition DENIED.1
Cadish, C.J.
Stiglich, J.
Herndon, J.
