To the extent, if any, appellant's notice of appeal can be construed as challenging the district court's October 25, 2023, minute order regarding a status check of motions filed, no statute or court rule allows for an appeal from this order. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that this court has jurisdiction only when a statute or court rule provides for an appeal).
