SHANE MICHAEL DAHIR, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from October 6, 2023, district court minutes denying a motion to vacate for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and a motion to vacate for lack of personal jurisdiction. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Erika D. Ballou.
This court's review of this appeal reveals jurisdictional defects. Specifically, no statute or court rule allows for an appeal from district court minutes, and moreover, no statute or court rule permits an appeal from a written order denying motions to vacate for lack of subject matter or personal jurisdiction; thus, we lack jurisdiction. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). Accordingly, we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
