ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order dismissing a petition for foreclosure mediation assistance. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jerry A. Wiese, Judge.

On October 3, 2023, the clerk of this court issued a notice directing appellant to file a transcript request form, or certificate that no transcripts will be requested, by October 17, 2023. The notice also directed appellant to file and serve a docketing statement by October 24, 2023. To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court.

Respondent has now filed a motion to dismiss this appeal based on appellant's failure to timely file the docketing statement and transcript request form or certificate that no transcripts will be requested. Appellant has not filed an opposition. The motion is granted and this appeal is dismissed.
