ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a district court order determining heirship. Eighth Judicial District Court. Clark County; Veronica Barisich, Judge.
The parties have filed a stipulation to dismiss this appeal. Because the stipulation is improperly signed electronically by counsel for respondent, see NEFCR 11(c), the stipulation is treated as a motion and granted as such to the following extent. This appeal is dismissed. NRAP 42(b). The parties shall each pay their own fees and costs. Any other relief requested in the motion is denied.
