ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order dishonorably discharging probationer. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Tara D. Clark Newberry, Judge.

On September 29, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, because no statute or court rule provides for an appeal from a district court order dishonorably discharging probationer. Appellate counsel filed a response on October 20, 2023, conceding that this court does not have jurisdiction over this appeal. Accordingly, this court concludes it lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal, see Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that this court has jurisdiction only when a statute or court rule provides for an appeal), and

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
