MARCO ANTONIO TORRES, Appellant, v. WARDEN SDCC; AND THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se notice of appeal from a purported “conviction and sentence” entered on November 10, 2021. Fifth Judicial District Court, Nye County; Kimberly A. Wanker, Judge.
This court's review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, no decision, oral or written, was entered on November 10, 2021. To the extent that appellant appeals from the judgment of conviction entered on June 25, 2021, that order was already appealed, and the Court of Appeals affirmed the order of the district court. See Torres v. State, Docket No. 83216-COA, (Order of Affirmance, April 20, 2022). A second appeal may not be pursued from the June 25, 2021, order. Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
