ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order of dismissal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Erika D. Ballou, Judge.

Review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, the notice of appeal was not filed within 30 days after written notice of entry of the district court's order was served. See NRAP 4(a)(1); NRCP 6. This court lacks jurisdiction over an untimely appeal. Healy v. Volkswagenwerk Aktiengesellschaft, 103 Nev. 329, 741 P.2d 432 (1987). Accordingly, this court
