ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order dismissing a pretrial petition for writ of habeas corpus. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Christy L. Craig, Judge.

Our review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, appellant appears to be challenging pretrial justice court activities in his petition. Only the State may appeal from an order granting or denying a pretrial habeas petition. NRS 34.575. Accordingly, we conclude that we lack jurisdiction to consider this appeal, and we
