On October 12, 2022, petitioner filed in this court a stipulation between it and real party in interest Damion McFarland to, among other things, dismiss this petition, with each party to bear their own costs and fees. We construe the stipulation as a motion for voluntary dismissal of this matter under NRAP 42(b). The motion is granted, and we.
