ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a district court order granting a motion for summary judgment. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Timothy C. Williams, Judge.
When initial review of the docketing statement and documents before this court revealed a potential jurisdictional defect, this court ordered appellants to show cause, by August 24, 2023, why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. This court cautioned that failure to demonstrate that this court has jurisdiction could result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellants did not file a response or otherwise communicate with this court.
On September 12, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellants to file a response to this court's July 25, 2023, order by September 26, 2023. This court cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellants have not filed a response or otherwise communicated with this court. Accordingly, this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
