ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying an amended motion to correct an illegal sentence. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Danielle K. Chio, Judge.
Appellant has filed a letter seeking to “cancel” this appeal, which this court construes as a motion to voluntarily dismiss the appeal. See NRAP 27(a)(1) (providing that an application for an order or other relief should ordinarily be made by motion). Cause appearing, the motion is granted. NRAP 42(b). Accordingly, this court
