JAMES PATRICK BOYD, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal arising from appellant's initial arraignment on August 23, 2023. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Danielle K. Chio, Judge.
Appellant filed a notice of appeal on September 6, 2023. The notice of appeal fails to identify any decisions of the district court. See NRAP 3(c)(1)(B). Further, it does not appear from the district court docket and minute entries that the district court has entered any appealable order. Thus, the notice of appeal is premature.1 See NRS 177.015(3) (stating that a defendant may appeal from a final judgment or verdict). Accordingly, this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.2
Herndon, J.
Lee, J.
Parraguirre, J.
