ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying NRCP 60(b) relief. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Elham Roohani, Judge.

On June 9, 2023, this court issued an order that, among other things, granted appellant an extension of time, until June 30, 2023, to file the opening brief or informal brief. When appellant failed to comply, this court entered an order on July 25, 2023, directing appellant to file the opening brief or informal brief by August 8, 2023. The order cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file the opening brief or informal brief, or to otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this court
