ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS
These are consolidated pro se appeals from district court orders entered in trust proceedings. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Veronica Barisich, Judge.
On May 3, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellant to file and serve, by July 3, 2023, the opening brief or informal brief form for pro se parties provided by the clerk of this court. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of these appeals. See NRAP 31(d). Appellant did not comply or otherwise communicate with this court.
On July 31, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellant, by August 14, 2023, to file the serve either (1) an opening brief in compliance with NRAP 28 and 32 or (2) an informal brief for pro se parties on the form provided by the clerk of this court. The order cautioned that failure to timely file the opening brief or informal brief could result in the dismissal of these appeals. See NRAP 31(d). Appellant did not comply or otherwise communicate with this court.
Respondent has now filed a motion to dismiss these appeals based on appellant's failure to timely file the opening brief. Appellant has not opposed the motion or otherwise communicated with this court. Under these circumstances, the motion is granted and this court
ORDERS these appeals DISMISSED.
