ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to set aside a default judgment. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Timothy C. Williams, Judge.

On May 25, 2023, this court granted appellant's counsel's motion to withdraw and directed appellant to retain new counsel within 30 days. Appellant failed to respond to this court's order, and on July 26, 2023, this court entered a second order directing appellant to retain new counsel and to cause counsel to enter an appearance within 14 days or to inform this court whether he intends to proceed pro se. This court cautioned appellant that failure to respond could result in the dismissal of this appeal as abandoned. To date, appellant has not responded to this court's orders or otherwise communicated with this court. Accordingly, this court
