ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order appointing guardians over a minor child. Third Judicial District Court, Lyon County; John Schlegelmilch, Judge.

On May 24, 2023, the clerk of this court issued a corrected notice directing appellant to file a docketing statement in this court by June 14, 2023. Appellant did not comply. Accordingly, on June 26, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellant to file and serve the docketing statement by July 10, 2023. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the imposition of sanctions. NRAP 14(c). The order also reminded appellant that the fast track statement was due to be filed by July 3, 2023. See NRAP 3E(d)(1). Appellant again failed to comply.

On July 25, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellant to file and serve the docketing statement and fast track statement by August 8, 2023. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the imposition of sanctions, including the dismissal of this appeal as abandoned. See NRAP 3E(i); NRAP 14(c). To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal and this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
