ALBERT MEDINA, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ALBERT MEDINA, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING DOCKET NO. 86870
Appellant has filed motions for clarity in Docket Nos. 86657 and 86870. Docket No. 86870 is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying a motion to correct an illegal sentence. Appellant previously filed a notice of appeal from the same order denying the motion to correct an illegal sentence; that appeal was docketed in this court as Docket No. 86657. When appellant filed a second, duplicative notice of appeal, it was inadvertently docketed as a separate matter. Accordingly, the clerk of this court shall administratively close Docket No. 86870 and transfer the notice of appeal and other documents filed under Docket No. 86870 to Docket No. 86657. Appellant may proceed in Docket No. 86657.
It is so ORDERED.
