ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order granting a guardianship over a minor child. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, Clark County; Linda Marquis, Judge.

On June 8, 2023, the clerk of this court issued a notice directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request by June 22, 2023, and a docketing statement by June 29, 2023. Appellant did not comply.

On July 11, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellant, by July 26, 2023, to file and serve either (1) a file-stamped copy of the transcript request form filed in the district court, see NRAP 9(a)(3), or (2) a certificate that no transcripts will be requested, see NRAP 9(a)(1)(C). Also by July 26, 2023, appellant was to file and serve a docketing statement. See NRAP 14. This court cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the imposition of sanctions, including the dismissal of this appeal as abandoned.

To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, and this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
