ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This appeal was docketed on June 8, 2023, without payment of the requisite filing fee. See NRAP 3(e). That same day, this court issued a notice directing appellant to pay the required filing fee or demonstrate compliance with NRAP 24 within 14 days. On June 26, 2023, appellant filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis in this court. Because appellant had not sought in forma pauperis status in the district court in the first instance, on June 30, 2023, this court denied the motion and directed appellant to either properly seek in forma pauperis in the district court or pay the filing fee within 30 days. Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise responded to this court's June 30, 2023, order. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2).
