ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a partial summary judgment and order directing a partition and sale and directing the parties to a settlement conference. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Anna C. Albertson, Judge.

The appeal was docketed on April 28, 2023, and this court issued a notice informing appellant of the deadlines for filing documents. Appellant failed to file the transcript request form or the docketing statement in compliance with NRAP 9(b) or N.RAP 14. On June 12, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellant to file the documents within 14 days. This court cautioned that failure to timely file the documents could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file the required documents or otherwise communicate with this court. On July 6, 2023, respondent filed a motion to dismiss the appeal based on appellant's failure to comply with this court's rules of procedure, notices, and orders. The motion was served on appellant via mail on July 6, 2023. To date, appellant has not responded to the motion. This court concludes that appellant has abandoned this appeal. This appeal is dismissed. Respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal is denied as moot.
