ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING DOCKET NO. 86977 AND TRANSFERRING DOCUMENTS

Docket No. 86977 is a pro se appeal from a district court ruling denying a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Appellant previously filed a notice of appeal from the same ruling denying the postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus; that appeal was docketed in this court as Docket No. 86923, and a written order denying the habeas petition was filed on July 25, 2023, and transmitted to this court on August 2, 2023. When appellant filed a second, duplicative notice of appeal, it was inadvertently docketed as a separate matter. Accordingly, we direct the clerk of this court to administratively close Docket No. 86977 and transfer the notice of appeal and other documents filed under Docket No. 86977 to Docket No. 86923. Appellant may proceed with the appeal in Docket No. 86923.
