ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS OR PROHIBITION

This pro se original petition for a writ of mandamus or prohibition seeks to disqualify a district court judge and void the judge's orders and judgments in a family law proceeding. Having considered the petition, we are not persuaded that writ relief is warranted because petitioner has a plain, speedy, and adequate remedy available to him, such as an appropriate motion for disqualification in the district court. See NRS 34.170; NRS 34.330; Pan v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 120 Nev. 222, 224, 88 P.3d 840, 841 (2004) (writ relief is proper only when there is no plain, speedy, and adequate remedy at law). Accordingly, we

ORDER the petition DENIED.
