ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, Clark County; Stacy Michelle Rocheleau, Judge.

On April 20, 2023, the clerk of this court issued a notice directing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a docketing statement by May 11, 2023, and a fast track statement by May 30, 2023. Appellant failed to comply. Accordingly, on June 13, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellant, by June 20, 2023, to file and serve a docketing statement and a fast track statement. See NRAP 14 and NRAP 3E(d)(1). The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the imposition of sanctions, including the dismissal of this appeal as abandoned. To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court. Under these circumstances, it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, and this court thus

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
