PASQUAL ANDRES MCMURRY, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
PASQUAL ANDRES MCMURRY, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA; HIGH DESERT STATE PRISON; AND WARDEN BRIAN WILLIAMS; Respondents.
ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING DOCKET NO. 86680 AND TRANSFERRING DOCUMENTS
Docket No. 86680 is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Appellant's counsel previously filed a notice of appeal from the same order denying the postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus; that appeal was docketed in this court as Docket No. 86646. When appellant filed a second, duplicative notice of appeal, it was inadvertently docketed as a separate matter. Accordingly, we direct the clerk of this court to administratively close Docket No. 86680 and transfer the notice of appeal and other documents filed under Docket No. 86680 to Docket No. 86646. Appellant may proceed through counsel in Docket No. 86646.
It is so ORDERED.
