ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from an order granting a motion to compel arbitration. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Kathleen A. Sigurdson, Judge.
Review of the documents submitted to this court pursuant to NRAP 3(g) reveals a jurisdictional defect. This court has jurisdiction to consider an appeal only when the appeal is authorized by statute or court rule. Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345, 301 P.3d 850, 851 (2013). An order granting a motion to compel arbitration is not an appealable order. See NRS 38.247; Kindred v. Second Judicial Dist. Court, 116 Nev. 405, 996 P.2d 903 (2000) (holding that an order compelling arbitration is not appealable). This court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
