ROY MORAGA, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On March 2, 2026, this court entered an order that redesignated this appeal as a civil appeal and directed appellant to pay the required filing fee or demonstrate compliance with NRAP 24 within 30 days. The order advised that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. On April 7, 2026, appellant filed a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis in this court. Because the motion was not accompanied by proof of service on respondent, on April 8, 2026, this court entered an order striking the motion and directing appellant to correct the deficiency and refile the motion within 14 days. On April 22, 2026, appellant filed a response to the April 8, 2026, order, but because it was not accompanied by proof of service on respondent, this court struck the document on April 24, 2026. To date, appellant has not re-filed the motion to proceed in forma pauperis or paid the filing fee. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2).
It is so ORDERED.
