JENNY CHIN, n/k/a JENNY BUCK, Plaintiff–Appellant, v. VINCENT CHIN, Defendant–Respondent.
Plaintiff Jenny Buck appeals the Family Part's denial of portions of her post-judgment cross-motion concerning financial obligations arising from her divorce from defendant Vincent Chin. Buck argues that the motion judge erred in sending the parties to mediation and in denying other aspects of the relief sought in her cross-motion.
We dismiss the appeal as it relates to financial mediation. The judge ordered the parties to return to her for further adjudication if mediation was unsuccessful. We understand that mediation was not successful, but that the parties have not followed the judge's instruction that they return to her for adjudication of the financial issues. Consequently, that aspect of the order was interlocutory. R. 2:2–3(a). The parties may pursue the issues involved in the Family Part.
Having reviewed the remaining issues raised on appeal, we find them to be without merit and not warranting discussion in a written opinion. R. 2:11–3(e)(1)(E). Consequently, we affirm for the reasons set forth by Judge Melanie D. Appleby in her June 1, 2012 order.
Dismissed in part, affirmed in part.
PER CURIAM
