CARLYS ALEXANDER, Plaintiff–Appellant, v. MID–EASTERN TRANSPORTATION, INC., MK & K LEASING, INC., ANTHONY DARNELL WILLIAMS, Defendants–Respondents.
The appellant has filed a motion to withdraw this court's December 3, 2012 opinion. The motion sets forth that the matter had been settled and a fully executed Stipulation of Dismissal filed prior to the issuance of our opinion. However, the Stipulation of Dismissal was mistakenly filed with the trial court instead of with this court. The motion is granted and this court's December 3, 2012 opinion is withdrawn.
The appeal is dismissed.
