DEREK AND RITA PEARL, Plaintiffs–Defendants, v. THE SOMERSET COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE and THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY, Defendants–Respondents, SOMERSET COUNTY, TOWNSHIP OF BRIDGEWATER, OFFICER DANIEL LORIMOR, OFFICER MICHAEL GUERRA, LIEUTENANT TODD S. KOLLER, and OFFICER ROBERT KELLY, Defendants.
The matter having been amicably adjusted and the parties having agreed that plaintiffs' service of a Notice of Tort Claim on Somerset County was effective as to the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office, the matter is remanded to the Law Division for further proceedings.
Plaintiffs having further agreed to withdraw their appeal of the trial court's dismissal as to the State of New Jersey, the appeal is dismissed with prejudice and without costs.
