DIANA FIDANZATO, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. MICHAEL FIDANZATO, Defendant-Respondent.
Plaintiff Diana Fidanzato appeals a post-judgment order and the denial of her motion for reconsideration of the order. We affirm substantially for the reasons stated by Judge Marino in her written statements of reasons accompanying the orders entered on July 31 and November 20, 2009. Upon review of the record in light of the arguments plaintiff presents, we have concluded that they are without sufficient merit to warrant any discussion beyond that provided in Judge Marino's statements. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E).
Affirmed.
PER CURIAM
