Robert Small, an inmate serving a long term of imprisonment for murder and related offenses, appeals from a final agency decision of the Department of Corrections denying his property damage claim.

After Small was placed in pre-hearing detention on a disciplinary charge and then released from such detention, he went to retrieve personal property that was being held pending said release. He contends that twelve packs of tobacco and two packs of cigarettes were missing and that his television set was no longer working. The case was investigated and no wrongdoing was found. The evidence indicated the television set was working when the inmate picked it up and that no cigarettes or tobacco had been stored.

After carefully considering the record and briefs, we are satisfied that Small's arguments are without sufficient merit to warrant discussion in a written opinion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E).

Affirmed.
