RICHARD D. PETECCA, Appellant, v. BOARD OF REVIEW and NEW ENGLAND TRENCHERS, INC., Respondents.
Appellant Richard Petecca appeals from a final decision of the Board of Review, which affirmed a decision of an Appeal Tribunal that appellant was ineligible for emergency unemployment compensation benefits because he did not have sufficient base weeks or wages during the base year. We affirm substantially for the reasons set forth in the Appeal Tribunal decision. Appellant's argument does not warrant any additional discussion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E).
Affirmed.
PER CURIAM
