Anthony Feranda and Miriam Feranda, appellants pro se. Respondent has not filed a brief.

This is a mortgage foreclosure action in which defendants appeal from a trial court order striking their answer and defenses and transferring the matter to the Foreclosure Unit of the Superior Court in Trenton for further proceedings. As we have recently noted, such appeals are interlocutory in nature, final judgment not yet having been entered. Wells Fargo Bank v. Garner, _ N.J.Super. _ (App.Div.2010). We thus decline to address the merits of defendants' contentions but, rather, dismiss the appeal as interlocutory.
