ELIZABETH OATMAN, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. LEON C. LYNCH, Defendant-Appellant.
This is an appeal from a final judgment of the Chancery Division entered on May 27, 2009, which determined that plaintiff is the owner of Block 827.02, Lot 19, in the Township of Pemberton. We affirm substantially for the reasons set forth in the May 15, 2009 written opinion of Judge Hogan.
Affirmed.
