Supreme Court of North Dakota.

In the INTEREST OF K.L.B., minor child L.K.M., Petitioner and Appellant v. C.M.B., Respondent

No. 20220177

Decided: November 10, 2022

L.K.M., West Fargo, ND, self-represented, petitioner and appellant.

[¶1] L.K.M. appeals from the district court's order dismissing his motion requesting termination of K.L.B.’s mother's parental rights.

[¶2] Under N.D.R.App.P. 28(b), an appellant's brief must contain a statement of the issues presented for review, a statement of facts, appropriate references to the evidentiary record, and a legal argument supported by authorities on which the appellant relies. L.K.M.’s brief does not contain a statement of the issues or facts. Nor is L.K.M.’s argument supported by relevant legal authority.

[¶3] Under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(8) we summarily affirm the district court's order dismissing L.K.M.’s motion because his brief does not meet the minimum requirements of N.D.R.App.P. 28(b).

Per Curiam.
