ORDER

[¶1] On January 30, 2024, a notice of appeal dated January 30, 2024, was received from Tundra Properties, LLC without payment of the $125 filing fee. Tundra Properties, LLC appealed from judgments entered October 13, 2017, October 26, 2023, December 11, 2023 and December 13, 2023. In a letter dated January 31, 2024, Tundra Properties, LLC was notified that no file will be opened without payment of the $125 filing fee. Tundra Properties, LLC was also notified that if the docket fee is not paid within 14 days of receipt of the notice of appeal by the Supreme Court, the notice of appeal is void; if timely, a new notice of appeal may be submitted with the docket fee. The deadline for the $125 fee to be received in this office was February 13, 2024. To date, the fee has not been received. The matter was considered, and [¶2] ORDERED, under N.D.R.App.P. 12 , the notice of appeal dated January 30, 2024, from the judgments entered October 13, 2017, October 26, 2023, December 11, 2023 and December 13, 2023, is void, and the Clerk of the Supreme Court is not authorized to file it.

[¶3] Entered the 14th day of February, 2024, with the Honorable Jon J. Jensen, Chief Justice, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
